Dana's Housekeeping Personnel Service is California's most requested network of independent domestic referral agencies, and we appreciate your interest in our service. Over 5 million home cleanings have been performed by housekeepers working through Dana's since 1976. Our experience has taught us some important things we would like to share in order to make your experience a positive one.
You set the priorities.
Most clients need recurring housekeeping services weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, but housekeepers are also available on an occasional basis. Each client's needs are different, so your referred housekeeper will work from your priority list, not from a set of predetermined tasks assigned by a corporate office. As your priorities shift from one service to the next, you may readily adjust your list of priorities by discussing changes with your housekeeper or leaving notes describing any changes in routine or special projects that you would like performed.
Your feedback is important.
Your candid feedback is very important to us. If you are compatible with your first housekeeper and use the service on a regular basis, then he or she becomes your regular housekeeper. If, at any time, you are not satisfied, Dana's will refer a housekeeper who better suits your needs. Please make us aware of your concerns and we will do everything possible to provide you with a positive housekeeping experience.
The Housekeeper working in your home is more important than the day of service.
In order to achieve the best level of service, consider scheduling your recurring or next service based on your favorite housekeeper's availability. If your preferred housekeeper is unavailable, or at any time should you desire to engage a different housekeeper, a selection of replacement housekeepers is readily available for referral. Dana's is here to make your life easier by giving you more time to spend on other, more enjoyable activities. If you are pleased with your Dana's experience, please tell your friends.
